, quite some nasty ones too.. first of all, "casual" being an adjective, the correct form there would be " how casual" ; secondly, there is the lacking of a subject...try " It`s just .." and " It`s not casual to.." , using the short form instead of actual " it is " allows your rhytm to stay unaltered
