| For all that I know, not having read all significant signs published up to date, it's already happened. If it hasn't, it certainly should, based on the acknowledgment of WWW as a superior technology in the cultural field and it's potential for changing the world by presenting facts that governments and intelligence services hitherto have suppressed, climbing over the fence, in a manner of speaking.
