Iarna stelele
Sunt atât de departe,
Că nu poți să le vezi
Prin singurătate.
Iarna mările
Sunt atât de străine,
Că nici cursul izvoarelor
Nu li se cuvine.
Iarna morții
Sunt atât de reci,
Că îngheață pământul
Emisferei de veci.
