Rad crucile in satul nostru,
Facute dupa ultima croiala,
Si fiecare-si stie rostul,
Noi ne imbracam frumos, de gala.

Si ingeri stau in fata portii,
Cu dricul pregatit din vreme,
Asteapta cu rabdare mortii,
Fanfara-si uita notele si geme.
