- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2007-07-11 | | Climbing the mountain, a steep path full of sensations, each level conquered is a small victory - satisfying, I run faster to reach the summit, an invisible wind is pushing me forward – helpless, I stumble, happy, excited, expecting the wonder above… the joy, the ultimate pleasure, known yet new and different every time is waiting, drawing closer… I reach the peak, breathless – one more push to jump into the cool foam… flying, falling out of myself, feeling every nerve inside as I plunge into the vast void all thoughts cease at the edge of the razorblade where pain and bliss meet, for an instant I see myself, before the great heart takes me with one loud beat, swallows all sound all colour… blind, deaf and dumb I fall deeper to the centre of joy where the giant wave breaks inside me, sweeping me back up to its smiling face and my voyage ends, finally, I lie exhausted, exposed, happy… Sybille (Sydney) Krivenko GISC2052924 2007
