I wish I forgot the evening
the mosquitoes and the sunset the roaring of laughter that made my heart thrill with joy I wish I forgot the language you used when you were asking me was I cold holding me in your arms gently unaware forge and of whatever was going on around I wish I forgot the shell around that left us deaf to whatever was obstinately there I wish I forgot the voices addressing... the sky millions of stars falling over I wish I forgot the crickets singing (serenades) the silence of the night coating our powerful laughter deafening for whomever I wish I forgot the happiness of an instant while we were flying into nothingness so that we live the diamond of it I wish I forgot the silence of night where our hearts long ago betrayed find themselves acknowledged back on a night’s trek... I wish I forgot the dawn birds were keeping us reminding they were singing an immortal tune that turmoiled souls were into.... I wish I forgot the day when you largened your eyes and smiled so naturally as you would smile to your (sweetheart)... love I wish I forgot our bitter and unfulfilled ... infatuation tful of yourself
