RINGS

Driving on the ring road,
Making a wrong turn
suddenly stopped!
Close to the ring,
sat the stranger.
The ring master
With the performers,
made him smile.

The show was over…
The smiling ring master
looking at the wedding ring,
lit a cigarette…
made a ring of smoke.
Chasing the smoke,
Shining blue eyes
Met a ring of light
around the moon.

The ring of spectators
melted away.
Trampling the filter,
he rushed to the road
with a key ring.
Eager hands
confirmed the small box
in the pocket;
Gold rings__ a gift
for the little angel.
Outside, the stranger
stopped and robbed him.

The ring leader
did great wrong
to the daughter
of the ring master
On her birthday.
