Another twist for every night still follows,
For all the times I’d be a bird – Yet clear the nights are now! Alex am I still... Strange fit, My name’s a stranger too – o, how I fear it, Fear losin’ name – Repeated with my words alone. ‘cause nothin’ happen’d, open’d eyes, /as if intendin’ to confront the dark/ eyes mine To start with, tear of Ra. For fear of all did swallow words the more Would finger darkness ‘till myself... Call’d my name to end with, then; And there you came but temptin’ solitude, Closer to them shadows, Alex – Where am I now? No longer know, Feel for spots no longer mine; And where did all our darkness go There go the nights, Awakin’ bells ‘fore they all die! There go my flyin’ pyramids When I but follow them a while – Days but never pullin’ through, Nights forever nine, Then mine.
