walking down the Half-Moon-Lane
the clouds were crying the wind was yelling and blowing crazily stirring the branches of the giant maple tree disturbed birds flutter sadly for another shelter don’t you worry my maple tree? your birds will come home separation will be over for a moment sadness embraces me i fear to walk until i reach the end of the lane my steps are fearful on the pavement i look and see a lonely bench sad and damp tomorrow sun will shine and a passer-by will share your loneliness i don’t know how briefly if i should tell you you know... how it started i know you wouldn’t want to discuss that right now i just added you in i wasn’t initiating i will be there until the bitter end/ who knows? we will meet again i am leaving you this poem read it read it when the silence of the night utters no sound.
