Act II, scene 4:Mr.Royal`s dining room.Important stiff people were chatting about vital things for them such as money, business...The clock stroke eight times."I have only an hour left until...", I thought bitterly. Everybody seemed to enjoy the cocktail in their sombre way, wearing invisible, fake masks stolen from happy people.I was sitting quietly near my family and friends, watching the play attentively.
Mr.Royal, the owner of an enormous, antique house situated near Stan woods, could not take his eyes off the door as though he was expecting someone or somenthing really important. Ms.Jingle, a 40 years old slender lady, who used to come to this kind of parties in case somebody noticed her(she was not married), was cackling without any particular reason. Mr.King, the owner of "King Royal Corporation" was coming towards me with a threatening look on his face, his stomach seemed eager to have a quick appetizer, when somebody swung the door open. Dressed in a fancy dresses, a bold man wearing glasses and a rather tall woman with a curly wig enter dancing in a very excentric way. "Oh my God, please do not punish me in such a cruel way!", prayed the waiter. He was trembling so violent that he dropped the salver on the floor. Nobody there knew his secret(noone but him and me, of course), so he could appologise for being clumsy and the party continued as nothing has happened.
At first, the two strangers were not invited to join the cocktail, but afterwards, when the man opened a bottle of whisky and offered a drink to everyone, they were quickly appreciated differently.
The atmosphere was so "hot" that I forgot about my worry and started dancing with a very sociable toothpick with withered biceps and piercing white eyes. He knew how to make me laugh, we had so much in common. I was really enjoying the party until...suddenly...the darkness...the supreme Darkness. Then I realised- I was just a common olive doomed to die.
