Clouds gather, over a windy plain,
Silent desolate, just to drive you insane,
Standing lonely, figure, dressed in mail,
Stands the Tempest, with a red flowing veil.

He looks wide, he watches low,
Here, except grass, no plant will grow,
Desolate, lonely, cold and windy,
Millennia ago, here was a city.

But enough about history, old memories and thoughts,
The future being at stake, they throw in their Lots.
A fight will ensue, for the Guardianship of our realm,
Who will be the deity, looking over Earth's helm?

Lo, in the distance, a dark figure is seen.
With flowing robes and a figure so lean.
'Tis the Fire Dragon, the warrior of flame,
Only he, can a dragon's fire, control and tame.

The Dragon approaches, clever and slow,
From his body, can be seen, a fiery glow.
His eyes, like rubies, crimson and deep,
Almost like a demon's enough for brave men to weep.

The Tempest walks slowly to his foe,
Stops and bows, respectfully low.
The Dragon smiles and speaks real smooth.
"I could take your head now, you honorable fool".

But the Tempest ends his bow and raises his eyes,
In them can be seen, al that he defies.
They know, this fight is going to end quick,
Whose fate, is at the end of its wick?

All great duels end in a moment,
Before one can gasp, breathe or lament.
So the warriors take their places,
Killing intent emanates, from their eyes and their faces.

Cold wind cuts, the faces, of both,
The Tempest is silent, as if thinking an oath.
The Dragon smiles, something is whispered
"A quick death Tempest here will be delivered."

Then the Dragon breaks the eternity, of that moment,
Charging the Tempest, who smiles at the comment.
"Come at me, you hot tempered fool",
"So i can end you, and this realm, I can rule".

Coming at him, with a speed so blinding,
A blade of flame, at his enemy to fling,
But the tempest stops it with his blade of lightning,
Seems it's going to take more than a moment, their fighting.

He attacks again, the mad man, with eyes of flame,
But the result, is yet again, the same.
So he tried something unexpected, stopping right there,
Doing nothing, but giving a stare.

So the Tempest stops, and analyzes his foe,
But he notices, his enemy lacks his usual glow.
Then he realizes, his enemy made a flame clone,
Feeling behind him, the Dragon's hate alone.

But it's too late to dodge, he'll take the hit,
But move his body away, even just a little bit.
Moving aside, the flame blade, hits his shoulder,
Feeling his meat, starting to smolder.

But at that moment he hits the Dragon in the chest,
Taking him by surprise not giving him rest.
Going back one step, he and his foe,
"Take the Dragon out, all in one go"

So he charges wildly, all on one stake.
Yelling the Tempest "THUNDER BREAK!!!"
