Another morning comes after the storm,
just think, another morning of your soul keep this in mind while passing through the turmoil that your soul endures be sure peace will come quite soon Imagine that the caterpillar you are now tomorrow will become a butterfly keep thinking about flying you will no longer feel the fall Be of good cheer, deny oblivion and go on, hand in your bosom where your heart’s gentle throb heralds your coming back from the abyss As the veil between life and death, is the veil between joy and sadness Let your heart bleed, let your self writhe in pain, enjoy the melancholy of your soul, you’ll later taste blessedness too Contemplate nature − you will see how life and death entwine each other, and praise their wisdom! It is an omen of your soul’s rising anew from under wet and fading leaves. translated from Romanian by Roxana Alexandrescu, [email protected]
