Drugs and drums
make sure
we move
in unknown ways.
In a haze
we chant and growl
all through
these festive days.
Celestial bodies illuminate
hordes of blushing heads.
But alas,
only a blasted Shaman
is liable
to make me reach out
for a Michelin star
as I roast the lamb.
