They say nothing can take away the touch of an angel left alone on a holly day
They say once you go abroad, your romance and childhood dreams are gone for good But I don’t want to lose in the snow the romance and shyness and everything I don’t know that is to know I don’t want to cycle my way through tears and pain. Would like to find somebody to share the groceries, the loses and the gains. So where the heck are you? I’m looking in all the wrong places Broken memories shattered like pieces of glass, Male muppets that make me float in dairy dreams, Cold shoulders that I wish would be warm stoves. So when the snow sets When the moonlight hits upon my window I call your name out loud Even if I don’t hear it Even if it doesn’t make a sound. My inner clock is waiting for you to set it right Just push my button and no alarm clock baby, Not tonight
