I am in a quest for a place
where time doesn’t go by on horseback, armed with a spear and a helmet on my head searching for the place where time doesn’t fly. I saw two young people playing chess under a tree near a spring And if it rains? I asked the girl in a beautiful red dress We don’t care about anything, she said We are protected by the leaves And if you are hungry? I asked the boy We eat honey from the bees And sweet acorns from the trees And if you are thirsty? I asked them both We drink water from the spring And if someone wins? We draw all the time But you will run out of acorns the spring can run dry The woman looked at the man, then said It's fine, We will draw all the time But the forest will disappear one day I said, looking at them The old woman looked at the old man We don’t care about anything, she said We will draw all the time. Eventually you both will die, nothing is forever time...goes by They seemed sunken in thoughts for a while The old man looked at me and said It will be the same- as you saw I assure you that even then we will draw
