The city sighs in the rain
the children live under its streets left to their fate. They come out during the day, the hunger forces them to seek, they love life and cling to it. They have the despair of imminent death, they embrace the warmth and the forgetfulness, they store them in bags and breathe them. Their clothes don’t have buttons or clasps only holes as the asphalt above, the street and its children have no mother nor father.
