Night sky’s diamonds,
shining brightly, merely home fires burning, of souls passed Do they look down? do they see us? are they watching? I feel them sometimes and remember a smile or a word, or a hug, and I wish they were here again Oh night sky, stars so bright light years away from me send a message deep in the night “twinkle” for loved ones I can no longer see
