A night of deep poetry,
of deep silence.
I compile and reread
verses of love,
prayers sent greedily.
The rain hits the window,
following in perfect rhythm
with the verse.
Through the walls
dampness and sadness penetrates.
The temples burn,
melancholies and verses flow,
waking from sleep
the waters of the earth,
one by one.
