Just know when I don't speak,
When I hide all my feelings,
I'm just trying to protect you.
Somedays it gets to be so painful.
I just lay on my bed, curl up & cry.
Everyday I carry around this pain, somedays its less than others.
I deal though, push and move on.
I'm trying to work out all this emotion in my head.
When you ask me to tell you whats wrong,
Don't be alarmed if I blow it off.
I don't want to cause you any stress.
I don't want to be a burden.
I don't want to be needy & dependent.
I'll be okay one day.
Maybe I'll lean on you one day.
For now I have to take care of this by myself.
